LAW NO. 58/2014/QH13 DATED 20 NOVEMBER 2014 OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ABOUT SOCIAL INSURANCE
Law No. 58/2014/QH13 ratified by national assembly dated 20 November 2014 of regulations of social insurance. In which, some regulations should be noted as follows:

Adding employees signed with seasonal labor contracts or a job with 3 months until 12 months duration; employees with labor contracts with duration from 01 month to under 3 months will be social insurance participants.

Employees signed with many employers will pay social insurance for the first signed labor contract.

Employees paying social insurance in compliance with the salary level stated by employers, the monthly salary of paying social insurance is the salary level and allowance. From 01 Jan 2018, the monthly salary of paying social insurance is the salary level, allowance and other additions.

Employers pay monthly 8% of a month salary to pension and survivorship fund.
